Creamy Bulletproof Vanilla Mushroom Latte

This elixir is inspired by my soul sister and co-founder of MOONWELL, Amanda Cook. She makes this amazing, creamy vanilla latte every time we get together for meetings to conjure up content for our sisterhood circles and it always provides just the right amount of sustainable caffeine to get the magic flowing! "Bulletproofing" is an amazing way to curb that caffeine crash by adding healthy fats that slow down caffeine absorption. Add in reishi, an adaptogenic mushroom that calms stress, an anxious heart, and balances the immune system and you got yourself a delicious, nourishing cafe latte!   • 12 oz. freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, coconut butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 dates, pit removed
  • 1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder


Get your coffee brewing, meanwhile add coconut oil (or other fat), almond butter, vanilla, dates and a teaspoon of reishi mushroom powder. Once your coffee is done brewing, pour into blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds. Your elixir should be a creamy, frothy dream!
