The Ritual

Follicular + Ovulation Phase: roll womb wand across lower abdominals, slight above the pubic bone and between the hips. Starting with gentle pressure, use your finger tips in a circular motion to release any tense or tight areas. Always work in a clockwise direction around the uterus.

Luteal Phase + Menstruation: roll womb wand around abdominals and uterus, but refrain from massage during this time. Place hands over lower abdomen and take 5 deep breaths, low into your belly.
