Lemon Balm

One of my favorite Boreal plants- Elderberries contain antiviral and antioxidant properties from high amounts of bio-available quercetin. Elderberries have been clinically proven to reduce cough and cold symptom duration.

The Ritual

Steep 2 teaspoons of tea per 8oz. of hot water. For best results, brew in a closed vessel + steep for a minimum of 15 minutes.
